What is a tipster?
A tipster publishes betting predictions, free or paid. A tipster can read form and prices but cannot know a result, and ad law limits claims.

What are betting odds? Price and probability in one number
Betting odds are the price of a bet: they set the payout and imply a chance. Odds of 2.50 return KES 250 on KES 100, an implied 40% probability.
